One design is a photorealistic redesign of your actual room, from your photo: your windows, your proportions, your light — in the style you describe. It comes with the exact app fields you can tweak and regenerate, so one design is really a starting point you can refine.

The honest version: if your project is one room and one month, take monthly and cancel; annual only wins if you'll still be designing in month three. What you won't find here: per-render credit meters that multiply when you iterate; "high resolution" treated as a luxury tier.
